The hotel had a very central position short walk to airport and old town, and the beach and old San Juan. Had lunch/dinner at Vittorino Trattoria, which I found a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

Liked the location in Condado neighborhood. The beds were comfy, the room was well-equipped and immaculately clean with a balcony. The breakfast had lots of food, like coffee and fruit.

The hotel offers a huge variety of food that was EXCELLENT. The rooms are perfectly clean and individual with good bathrooms. The location it offers is favourable, just next door to the beach, shops, and restaurants and the airport. Great nearby places include Reina el sabor de, we usually had drinks there.

It was excellent place for cruise. The a double room was new-fashioned and beautiful with a balcony. The location was great and beautiful, just next door to many good restaurants, taxi from the airport and the square near a a shade mango tree and easily accessible.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building right by San Juan, many good restaurants, and the square near a a shade mango tree. Very tasty breakfasts with several options to choose from. Exceptionally clean room and good size bathroom with a shower and bath sheets. Nice bed and marvellous and stunning location by taxi from the airport.

Great way to end our trip. The hotel was not only clean but newly decorated in every way. Good location in a very quiet area, near Condado restaurants and Calle Loiza. Nearby Delavida Restobar - great place to chill out. Well-equipped and perfectly clean rooms with free breakfast, balcony plus the deluxe king bed, excellent staff. Good coffee and fruit supplied. Excellent service provided.

This hotel was such a great find! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a nice balcony to enjoy the views. The complementary breakfast had a fantastic variety of options to choose from, making sure we started our day off right.

Overall the room is perfect, individual and includes satellite TV, climate control and coffee/tea making equipment. Marvellous location as it's and really close to shops and restaurants, Condado Beach, and many restaurants...

During my stay, I enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the beautiful garden with a courtyard and a jacuzzi. The colorful and well-maintained plantings made the interior inviting and lively. The staff members were helpful, friendly, and approachable, from assisting with restaurant reservations on a holiday to sharing beach ideas. The location was excellent, as it was easy to walk around this city's Condado neighborhood and Santurce, the arts neighborhood. Furthermore, there were no worries about security within the hotel or outside on the street.
